Developing Professional Creative Practice - Second Group 2025
This course is designed for individuals interested in enhancing their creative practice in ceramics. Participants will leave with a foundational understanding of inspiration and creativity, an appreciation for the creative process, and a clearer vision of their individual artistic journeys. This is a seminar/tutorial/theory based course.
Practical work will then be followed up in regular sessions as a response to this.

Identifying creative strengths and barriers and the Creative Process
Session 3- Tuesday 18th March (all day)
Finding personal creative inspiration - York Ceramic Gallery Visit ( additional fees on day)
Session 4 - Wednesday April 2nd 1-3pm
Importance of Concept in your own Artistic Practice
Session 5 - Wednesday May 7th 1-3pm
Identifying and Developing a Personal Style in Ceramics
Session 6 - Wednesday June 4th 1-3pm
Creating a Cohesive Body of Work - Presentation and Reflection
